1. Identify the records
Use the email connected to the account or enquiry, and tell us the agency or company name and the type of record involved. Do not send passwords, access links, tokens, or recovery codes.
2. Confirm your authority
Falaq may reply to verify that you own the account or are authorized to request deletion for an organization. If another agency manages the workspace, we may need its involvement to identify and handle the relevant records.
3. Review and outcome
We review the scope, process the appropriate records, and explain any information that needs to remain. Operational, security, or applicable legal requirements may affect what can be removed. We will communicate the outcome rather than treating form submission as completed deletion.
Revoke platform access separately
For Meta, review business integrations, partner access, and people in the relevant Meta settings. For Google, review third-party connections and the product’s user or manager access settings. For other platforms, review their app, team, partner, or member settings. Removing a Falaq Access record does not itself remove an existing permission on those services.
