An agency relationship that lasts
Partner-first sharing where the platform supports it. Keep the relationship attached to your agency entity, with platform benefits subject to its rules.
A better start for every client
Get your agency into the right accounts, with clear steps for your client and a clear view of what still needs doing.
Your agency. Your clients. Clients open your link without creating an account.
A client’s confirmation and verified access are different. So are their badges.
Less chasing. More clarity.
Add your agency’s details and choose the accounts your client needs to share.
Your client follows the relevant steps in Arabic or English, from their phone.
See what is waiting on a client, what needs your team, and what has been verified.
Your client’s whole stack
Start with Meta and Google Ads. The roadmap brings commerce, analytics, and infrastructure into the same handover.
Availability is shown per platform. Automated actions and verification depend on platform permissions and configuration. Planned platforms are not yet available.
For the way you actually work
Partner-first sharing where the platform supports it. Keep the relationship attached to your agency entity, with platform benefits subject to its rules.
A complete right-to-left experience. Clear Arabic instructions for the person who actually owns the account.
Salla and Zid are on the roadmap alongside Shopify and WooCommerce. GCC stores belong in the handover.
GitHub, Cloudflare, and DigitalOcean are planned for teams that also build and manage websites.
Agency-verified access is distinct from a client saying “done”. Pending steps stay visible.
WhatsApp and email reminder workflows, with delivery dependent on your configured providers and client consent.
Trust is in the details
Your client grants access through the platform’s own process. Falaq Access records the handover and protects the credentials it needs.
How we protect accessClient sign-in credentials used only to grant access become eligible for scheduled deletion after 24 hours. Credentials retained for ongoing work are not covered by this scheduled deletion.
Stored sign-in credentials are encrypted, with encryption keys protected by a key-management service. These credentials are not exposed in access links.
Database protections keep each agency’s records separate. Team members can act only within the permissions of their role.
No. Your client opens the access link you send them without creating a Falaq Access account.
No. Some platforms need an administrator to complete a guided step. The product shows each step and separates client confirmation from agency verification. The platform list identifies planned coverage.
No. Clients use the platform’s own access-sharing or authorization flow. Never send account passwords through a request link.
Yes. Use the business enquiry form to tell Falaq what you need. The team will discuss setup and management with you before work begins.
Plans are based on active client links. The published launch prices are indicative; billing is not enabled and no payment is collected at signup.
